We make selling your land SIMPLE.
Offer Letter
If you receive one of our Offer Letters and are interested in sellling us your vacant land...
Please sign and return the letter to us via email, text or snail-mail.
Title Search & Due Diligence
We do the research - Is the Title Free & Clear? Are their any liens or encumbrances? Are there back taxes owed? We'll find out.
If the property has a clean title that is ready to be transferred, and the other property details meet our criteria, we'll initiate the closing process.
**Important Note** Review your deed to the property.
>Is everyone listed on the deed available to sign?
>If yes, we can typically close within days of finalizing due diligence.
>If no, closing will be delayed until you can get the title issues resolved.
Warranty Deed
We draft the new deed and send to you for notarized signatures. We record the deed with the County.
Payment
We send you Money.
We typically send a check via Certified Priority Mail w/ Tracking Information. But if you prefer a direct wire into your account, that can be arranged.
Reviews
We will ask for a review on Google or Facebook.
